No app download required. This page explains how browser booking will work. You cannot book a ride on this page.

Current status: Dothan, Alabama is the planned first market, and LulaRoost is not providing rides yet. Passenger registration and booking for new accounts are not open.

Three plain steps

Sign in in your browser
Use an existing LulaRoost passenger account at app.lularoost.com. No app download is required.
Add pickup, dropoff and review the estimate
When service is available, the LulaRoost web app shows pickup and dropoff entry and an estimate. Estimates are calculated in the web app, not this website.
Confirm only when booking is open
Confirmation is available only if booking is open for your account and location. Booking and payment remain in the LulaRoost web app.

All estimates, bookings and payments are handled by the LulaRoost web app. Nothing on this website creates an account, reserves a ride or charges you.

New passengers

New passenger account registration is not open yet. When enrollment opens, new passengers will create an account and verify a phone number in the LulaRoost web app before booking.

Text message alerts

SMS alerts are not available yet. Please use the contact options below for help.

If optional transactional ride alerts are offered in the future, they will require your consent. Marketing messages would need a separate, optional opt-in. Read the SMS Terms and Privacy Policy.

If something does not work

If a LulaRoost web app page will not load, sign-in fails, or booking is unavailable, email support@lulalous.com. Do not send card numbers or passwords by email. In an emergency, call 911.
