This page covers the LulaRoost app and website, run by LulaLou's Ltd Liability Co. You can delete your LulaRoost account at any time. Here's how, what we delete, and what Alabama law requires us to keep.
How to delete your account

In the app: go to Settings > Delete account and confirm.

By email: if you can't use the app, email support@lulalous.com from the email address on your account, with "Delete my account" in the subject line. We may send a code to your phone to confirm it's you.

Confirmation: we email you when the deletion is complete, within 30 days of your request.
Any unpaid balance is still owed after you delete your account. Drivers' earned pay is still sent to their bank on schedule.
Deleting some information but keeping your account
Email support@lulalous.com and tell us what you'd like deleted, such as your profile photo, saved places or marketing preferences. We'll delete it within 30 days, unless it's something we're required to keep.
What we delete
Within 30 days, we delete:

your name, email, phone number, password and profile photo

your saved places and preferences
-
the link to your saved card (Stripe handles the card itself)

messages and support requests that aren't part of a safety report
-
device details and marketing preferences
What we keep, and for how long

What we keep is stored securely, used only for these purposes, and permanently deleted when its period ends.
Information our partners hold

Stripe keeps payment and payout records under its own privacy policy and legal duties.

Checkr keeps drivers' background reports under federal law. Drivers can contact Checkr at candidate.checkr.com.
